40-year-old patient suffering from Triangular Congenital Alopecia of the right side.

Reconstruction of the right Temporal Triangle with 376 Follicular Units by Fue technique.

Result almost 1 year after surgery.

Next, the patient requires reconstruction of the bilateral gulfs.

We perform Fue surgery of about 2000 Follicular Units for the reconstruction of bilateral gulfs and frontal tuft.

We use 0.95 mm Cole Instruments Punch, 3.2 mm depth.

Receiving sites: 20 gauge I line and 1.1mm blade the rest

Excellent Donor Area.

Result at 7 months post-transplant.

The crown has been treated with topical therapy based on finasteride
