History Calvizie: The patient underwent a Strip transplant with an Italian surgeon 4 years ago but with disappointing results. Very low density and very fake effect (see pre-operative photos)

Transplant Details: FUE Transplant performed with shaved hair

Donor area with 21 cm x 0.5 mm Strip scar from previous transplantation

Total number of follicular units: 2500

Punch: 0.95mm Cole instruments, depth 3.4mm

Comments: The crown area has not been transplanted but subjected to sessions of Regenerative Medicine (PRP + Stem Cells) and Finasteride lotion therapy with excellent response.
